Our Mission is too foster job creation for our U.S. Veterans, the homeless and the unemployed with a focus on OSHA / ANSI training, healthy food, clean water, sustainable energy and affordable housing for communities which drives sustainable economic & social development.
These areas also face a lack of access to fresh clean drinking water and reliable low-cost energy, good paying jobs, economical housing
and sustainable economic development.
A L’abri fills the gap between need assistance facilities and the job training needed to provide good paying jobs in the local community,
have easier access to nutrient dense food, have more reliable and affordable energy sources, equal access to affordable housing and the
opportunity to thrive with sustainable jobs and economic growth.
A L’abri was born to passionately devote energy towards advocating for the homeless and unemployed in underserved communities. Our underserved communities face an unprecedented time in history with lack of access to nutrient dense food in areas known as food deserts.
WHERE'S THE GAP?
A L’abri picks up where other programs may leave off by advancing prosperity and accelerating sustainable economic development for communities by working with our city and state government partners to find incentives, grants and governance that enables companies to more easily stand-up local operations that create higher paying jobs.
We help government and investment partners with a suite of sustainable job training certifications and bringing technology companies looking to expand in the market and hire local workers.
This helps revitalize communities and rapidly create jobs for skilled and unskilled workers.
Our finance partners make investments into companies that provide jobs for the underserved communities.
Our donors help with things like OSHA & ANSI training and other certifications needed to get back into the workforce.
Our veteran advocacy partners help recover funds from the Federal government that they may not have known they have access to help get them back on their feet and get long term shelter while they get back to work.
This is wrapped around STEAM Programs in local schools which helps support upward mobility and inspiration from real world interactions with the technologies that are helping their communities.
